Art. 5 – Shipment and delivery of the Products

5.1

The Seller ships its Products via carriers and uses express couriers.

The order preparation times, estimated delivery times, and related shipping costs are as follows:

The indicated timeframes are estimates and may vary in the event of force majeure, holidays, order peaks, temporary unavailability, production requirements, or specific logistical requirements.

5.2

The Seller undertakes to do everything reasonably possible to meet the indicated timeframes.

Any delays caused by the carrier, force majeure, or circumstances not directly attributable to the Seller may result in a change to the delivery times.

The provisions of the applicable legislation protecting Consumer Customers remain unaffected.

5.3

For shipments within Italy, the standard cost is € 12.00 including VAT.

Shipping is free for orders over € 150,00.

For shipments within the European Union, the standard cost is € 26.00 including VAT, and shipping is free for orders over € 250.00.

For shipments to non-EU countries, any applicable costs and conditions will be indicated to the Customer during the purchase process or communicated before order confirmation.

5.4

The available delivery methods, related costs, and estimated timeframes are indicated to the Customer during the purchase process and in the order summary, where applicable.

5.5

All shipping costs indicated on the Website are understood to include VAT, where applicable at the rate provided for by applicable law.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges applicable to shipments to non-EU countries, where applicable, may be borne by the Customer as indicated during checkout or required by the law of the destination country.

5.6

Upon delivery, the Customer is advised to check the number and condition of the packages received.

In the event of visibly damaged, tampered-with, or non-intact packaging, the Customer must immediately report the issue to the courier and, where possible, accept the delivery with the wording “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION”.

The Customer is also advised to:

• take photographs of the outer packaging;
• take photographs of any damage found on the Product;
• keep the packaging and the documentation received;
• promptly report the incident to Customer Service at b2c.spa@mainetti.com.

If, following the checks carried out, the damage is found to be attributable to shipping or otherwise falls within the Seller’s liability, any replacement and redelivery costs will be handled by the Seller in accordance with applicable law.
