Art. 6 - Right of withdrawal for the Consumer Customer
6.1
Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without having to provide any reason and without penalty, within the time limits and according to the procedures set out in the following paragraphs.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for by applicable law and, in particular, for Products made to measure and/or personalised.
6.2
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer Customer must send the Seller a notice within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products in respect of which the withdrawal is exercised.

The notice must contain the information necessary to identify the order and the Products in respect of which the right of withdrawal is exercised.
6.3
Once the withdrawal notice has been received, the Seller, having verified compliance with the applicable time limits and conditions, will send the Consumer Customer, through its Customer Service, a notice containing instructions for returning the Products.
The Consumer Customer must return the Products within 14 days from the date on which they notified the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract, following the procedures indicated by Customer Service.
6.4
Returned Products must be intact and, insofar as possible, returned in their original packaging, complete with any accessories and the documentation provided.
The Consumer Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Once the Products have been received, the Seller will carry out the necessary checks and initiate the refund procedure in accordance with applicable law.
6.5
If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the procedures set out in this article, the Seller will refund the Consumer Customer all payments received relating to the Products covered by the withdrawal, including delivery costs to the extent provided for by applicable law.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the date on which the Seller was informed of the Consumer Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.
The Seller may withhold the refund until receipt of the Products or until the Consumer Customer has demonstrated that they have returned them, whichever is earlier.
The direct costs of returning the Products shall be borne by the Consumer Customer.
Where available, the Seller may provide a collection service by express courier at the address indicated by the Customer, at a cost of € 15,00, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
6.6
In the case of orders comprising multiple Products, the Consumer Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal only in relation to one or more Products in the order, clearly indicating in the notice which Products they intend to return.
The refund will be made exclusively in relation to the Products covered by the withdrawal, in accordance with the procedures set out in this article.
6.7
The refund will be made, where possible, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed and provided that the Customer does not incur any additional costs as a result of the refund.
The refund will be made to the person who made the payment for the order.
6.8
Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal is excluded, among the other cases provided for by law, for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalised.
Therefore, Personalised Products purchased on the Site cannot be returned by exercising the right of withdrawal, without prejudice to any defects or non-conformities of the Product, for which the warranties provided for by law and these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall continue to apply.
