When will I receive my order?

Orders without personalization are prepared within a maximum of 5 business days. If the cart contains at least one personalized product, the entire order is prepared within a maximum of 15 business days.

What are the conditions for automatic discounts?

The discount is calculated on the total value of the products in the cart.

  • 5% from €500
  • 7% from €1,000

The discount is valid on all products, both plain and customized, and is applied automatically when the relevant threshold is reached.

Shipping costs do not count toward reaching the threshold.
Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, unless otherwise indicated.

How many pieces does a package contain, and what does the listed price refer to?

The number of pieces per package is always indicated in the product description. Items from the Sartorial Line, the Start Line, and the Velvet Line are sold in packages of 10 pieces, while items from the Wood Line and garment bags are sold in packages of 5 pieces.

The listed price always refers to the complete package, not to a single piece.

How does product customization work?

If available, you can customize the product directly from the product page by clicking the red button next to the image.

You can choose to enter text or customize the product with your logo or an image. No additional minimum quantities are required: the customization is applied to the entire package purchased.

If you choose to upload a logo or an image, you will be asked for two files:

1. Preview file
Upload an image of your logo or graphic in JPG, JPEG, WEBP, PNG, or SVG format. This file is used exclusively to generate an approximate preview of the customization, to help you visualize the possible result.

2. Vector file for production
Upload the original vector file of your logo or graphic in AI, EPS, or SVG format. This file is mandatory and will be used by our team to create the customization.

Important: the preview is for illustrative purposes only and does not represent an exact reproduction of the final product. Position, proportions, colors, and graphic appearance may vary depending on the product’s characteristics and the customization process.

The file used for the preview does not replace the vector file required for production.
